Wilma and I want to again pass along our thanks for your excellent service as our REALTOR® during the selling of our home at The Landings. Your professionalism was a big asset during a time which can often be difficult and stressful.

We asked you to help us determine a price that was fair to us, but also would result in a sale within 3-6 months. We had no desire to endure a 12 month process with numerous showings, negotiations, etc. After much discussion and research on your part, we arrived at a price which resulted in a sale in less than a month. The sale price was well within the range of the price we expected and hoped to get.

Before the house went on the market, you helped us to decide what needed to be done (and what DID NOT need to be done) to the house to make it attractive to buyers, inspectors and appraisers. We first contacted you in February after reading about The Landings on the web. We emailed you a list of those features that we felt were "must-haves", "desirables", and those which were "deal breakers". In addition, we emailed you a list of homes that we had viewed on the web which we felt met most or all of our criteria. From your experience, you were able to intuitively determine what it was we were looking for and added several more to the list for us to see. With your help, we were able to take care of many of the contractual details over the internet. You even found temporary housing for us when our own closing was delayed several times.
