Suzanne Curry

REALTOR®

Suzanne Curry

Suzanne Curry, along with her husband Chad, made Savannah their home in 2019, drawn by Chad's job opportunity and quickly enchanted by the charm of The Landings. Originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, their enthusiasm for their new community is palpable, as they can often be found engaging in spirited pickleball matches, exploring the waters on their boat, or enjoying a round of golf.

Kerri Moran

REALTOR®

Kerri Moran

Kerri Moran has called The Landings home since 2011, and it shows. She's active in the community—whether it's on the tennis or pickleball courts, coaching middle school volleyball, or attending St. James Catholic Church with her family. She and her husband are raising three daughters here, and she brings that same sense of commitment and connection to her work in real estate.

Before real estate, Kerri spent over two decades in the insurance industry. She began with State Farm's National Catastrophe Team, later training adjusters and working as a field underwriter for ICAT Managers. After relocating to Savannah in 2010, she continued in the field, helping run her husband's insurance agency and managing both customer service and operations.

Kerri's background gives her a practical edge. She understands homes from the inside out—how they're built, insured, and maintained—and knows how to guide clients through the buying or selling process with clarity and confidence. Steady, knowledgeable, and deeply rooted in the community, Kerri is someone people trust to help them make smart moves.
